What it is like to have or not to have
"In the video, a woman in a red blouse appears while in front of her a female voice is heard demanding that she show the contents of her bag. When she opens it, a container appears with a chile en nogada, a traditional Mexican dish.
Then the woman with the voice accuses the other, who is apparently a worker in her house, of stealing food for her family. "You are given plenty, your food is not measured, you can eat everything we eat," she claims.
This is a video that appeared on Facebook apparently with the intention of exposing the employee. But it was counterproductive.
Internet users baptized her as "Lady Chiles", and in a few hours the topic became one of the most discussed on Twitter. Thousands of netizens criticized the mistreatment of the domestic worker, and were especially outraged by the legend with which it was published: The more I know people, the more I love my dog."

Millions of women and girls all over the world are employed as domestic workers. They perform all kinds of household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, taking care of the children and the elderly, and other essential tasks. Despite playing such a crucial role for their employers, they are often mistreated and disrespected just because they are poor.
In addition to domestic workers, employees all over the world, working in different sectors also suffer same kind of fate at the hands of their superiors or bosses. They are so often mistreated with delayed or non-payment of wages, no overtime compensation, poor working conditions and no job securities, to name a few ways of the mistreatment of the "have nots" on the hands of the ones who "have".
There is no place for such behaviour in the 21st century. So, if you have suffered from something like this or know someone who has, please share your story because together we can bring a change.
